1. What you're buying

PropMirror, SupplyDemandZones and the PropMirror Position Tool ("the Software") are add-ons for NinjaTrader 8 sold by [YOUR NAME / BUSINESS NAME] ("we"). A subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software on one computer while your subscription is active.

2. Not trading advice

The Software is a tool. It does not give trading advice, signals or recommendations, and nothing on this website is investment advice. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.

3. You are responsible for your trades

You are responsible for every order placed on your accounts, including orders the Software copies. Software, internet connections, brokers and data feeds can fail. Always test on simulation accounts first, monitor your accounts while trading, and follow your broker's and prop firm's rules, including any rules about copying trades between accounts.

4. No guarantees

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce any particular result.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, account violations or other damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

6. License rules

You may not share, resell, copy, decompile or modify the Software, or share your license key. We may disable keys that are shared or misused.

7. Billing

Subscriptions, free trials and cancellations are handled through Whop. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel in your Whop account.

8. Changes

We may update the Software and these terms. Continuing to use the Software after changes means you accept them.
